Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- ability to complete required job training and assessments
- willing to comply with company policies and food safety regulations
- able to multitask and manage time efficiently
- capable of working flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- experience in fresh food preparation or food service preferred
- knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation guidelines
- ability to operate and maintain food preparation equipment
- good communication and teamwork skills
- willingness to adapt to changing work environments
- basic digital literacy to use handheld technology
Job Duties
- Prepare food according to item specifications
- keep shelves clean and maintain temperature control
- verify expiration dates and dispose of lesser-quality products
- handle claims and returns
- organize merchandise and identify shrink and damages
- maintain a clean and sanitized member-ready area
- use digital tools to manage production and improve the shopping experience
