Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- successfully complete job required trainings and assessments within prescribed time frame
- ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks related to food preparation
- willingness to comply with company policies including drug-free workplace guidelines
- flexibility to work various shifts and adapt to changing work scenarios
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- experience in food service or fresh food preparation advantageous
- ability to follow detailed recipes and food safety procedures
- effective communication and teamwork skills
- familiarity with digital tools and technology in retail environments
- commitment to member satisfaction and service excellence
- food handler certification preferred
Job Duties
- Prepare fresh food items following recipes and quality standards
- ensure merchandise is properly wrapped, labeled, and stored to maintain freshness
- maintain cleanliness and organization of shelves and work areas
- monitor temperature control and verify expiration dates, disposing of lower-quality products
- assist members with bakery orders and provide excellent customer service
- utilize digital tools to support production, training, and quality decisions
- collaborate with team members to maintain high standards and adapt to changing business needs
