Job Duties
- Prepare fresh food items daily following recipes
- Properly wrap, label, and store merchandise to maintain freshness
- Ensure high-quality products are available in the prepared foods area
- Maintain shelves cleanliness, monitor temperature control, and verify expiration dates
- Dispose of lesser-quality food products appropriately
- Serve ready-to-eat food to members
- Comply with company policies and procedures including claims, returns, zoning, and merchandise organization
- Maintain a clean, sanitized, and member-ready area
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and educate associates
- Operate and sanitize equipment
- Utilize digital tools to improve sales and shopping experiences
- Manage inventory and quality control
- Guide peers and assist customers according to company standards
- Execute seasonal and mass production planning
- Adapt to changing business needs and demonstrate flexibility
- Participate in training and development activities
