Job Duties
- ensuring high-quality products are available in prepared foods area
- maintaining cleanliness and temperature control in food areas
- verifying and disposing of expired or lesser-quality food products
- preparing and serving ready-to-eat foods including rotisserie chicken
- handling claims and returns in accordance with company policies
- organizing and zoning merchandise to optimize presentation
- maintaining sanitized and member-ready food preparation areas
- collaborating with team members and cross-functional departments
- educating associates on tools, tasks, and resources
- utilizing digital tools and handheld technology for inventory and quality control
- adapting to work scenario changes and addressing improvement opportunities
- driving area performance including stocking, rotating merchandise, and eliminating waste
- assisting customers while ensuring high-quality service and product standards
