Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Prepare fresh food items daily following recipes
- prepare and serve warm rotisserie chicken
- properly wrap, label, and store merchandise
- maintain clean and organized sales floor
- monitor temperature control and verify expiration dates
- dispose of lesser-quality food products
- assist members with bakery orders
- collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
- adhere to food safety standards and sanitation guidelines
- operate and maintain food preparation equipment
- manage inventory and product rotation
- utilize digital tools to drive sales and improve member experience
- guide peers and provide customer assistance according to company policies
- comply with company ethics, policies, and procedures
- complete work assignments and communicate progress and improvements
