Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- experience with fresh food preparation
- food handler certification (preferred)
- knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation guidelines
- ability to operate and maintain kitchen equipment
- effective communication and teamwork skills
- capability to adapt to changing work scenarios
- basic technology proficiency for digital tools usage
Job Duties
- Prepare fresh food items daily following recipes and food safety standards
- wrap, label, and store merchandise to ensure freshness
- assist members with bakery and prepared food orders
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation in food preparation and sales areas
- ensure temperature control and verify expiration dates
- operate and sanitize equipment
- collaborate with team members and cross-functional departments to support business needs
- utilize handheld technology to manage production and product quality
- stock and rotate merchandise
- handle claims and returns in accordance with company policies
