Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Successfully complete all required job training and assessments within prescribed time periods

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Food service experience preferred
- Food Handler Certification is a plus
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to follow detailed recipes and food safety procedures
- Effective team communication and collaboration skills
- Basic proficiency with digital tools and technology
- Ability to adapt and work in a dynamic environment
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Commitment to maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards
Job Duties
- Prepare fresh food items daily following recipes
- Prepare and serve ready-to-eat food
- Properly wrap, label, and store merchandise to maintain freshness
- Maintain cleanliness of shelves and food preparation areas
- Verify expiration dates and dispose of outdated or lesser-quality food products
- Maintain temperature control and food safety standards
- Assist members with bakery orders while managing multiple tasks
- Maintain sales floor organization following company policies
- Operate, maintain, and sanitize food preparation equipment
- Use digital tools to improve sales and production decisions
- Stock and rotate merchandise ensuring quality and date control
- Guide peers and provide attentive customer service
- Comply with company policies, ethics, and safety standards
- Collaborate with team members and cross-functional teams
- Adapt to changing work scenarios and business needs
