Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to complete all required job trainings and assessments
- Must comply with company policies and procedures
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Capability to lift and move moderate weight items as required
- Able to follow detailed instructions and safety protocols
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience in food service or fresh food preparation preferred
- Food Handler Certification (Food Safety) preferred
- Ability to follow recipes and adhere to food safety standards
- Experience with inventory management and sanitation procedures
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Ensure high-quality products are available in the prepared foods area
- Ensure shelves are clean and maintain temperature control
- Verify expiration dates and dispose of lesser-quality food products
- Prepare and serve ready-to-eat food
- Maintain the sales floor according to company policies including handling claims and returns
- Maintain a clean, sanitized, and member-ready area
- Utilize digital tools to manage production, training, and product quality
