Job Duties
- Ensuring high-quality products are available in the prepared foods area
- maintaining cleanliness of shelves and workspaces
- controlling temperature and verifying expiration dates
- disposing of lesser-quality food products
- preparing and serving ready-to-eat food
- zoning and organizing merchandise on the sales floor
- handling claims and returns according to company policies
- maintaining a clean, sanitized, and member-ready area
- collaborating with cross-functional teams and educating associates
- adhering to food safety, sanitation, and cold chain compliance standards
- operating and maintaining equipment
- utilizing handheld technology for quality and production decisions
- stocking and rotating merchandise
- eliminating waste
- providing attention and assistance to customers according to company policies
