Job Duties
- ensure high-quality products are available in prepared foods area
- clean shelves and maintain temperature control
- verify expiration dates and dispose of lesser-quality food
- prepare and serve ready-to-eat food
- maintain sales floor by handling claims and returns
- zone and organize merchandise
- identify shrink and damages
- maintain clean, sanitized, and member-ready area
- collaborate with cross-functional teams
- educate associates on tools and resources
- adhere to food safety, sanitation, and cold chain standards
- operate and sanitize equipment
- leverage digital tools to drive sales and improve the shopping experience
- manage stocking and rotating merchandise
- eliminate waste and guide peers
- assist customers according to company policies
