- capable of lifting and moving merchandise
- able to use digital tools and hand-held devices
- willing to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- complete all required trainings and assessments

- High school diploma or equivalent
- experience with fresh food preparation
- knowledge of food safety standards
- strong customer service skills
- ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- proficiency in using digital tools and technology

- certification in food handling (preferred)
Job Duties
- Ensure high-quality products are available in the prepared foods area
- maintain cleanliness and temperature control of shelves
- verify expiration dates and dispose of lesser-quality food products
- prepare and serve ready-to-eat food
- handle claims and returns following company procedures
- zone and organize merchandise
- maintain a clean, sanitized, and member-ready area
- collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
- follow food safety standards and sanitation guidelines
- manage inventory and operate equipment
- utilize digital tools for sales and business decisions
- stock and rotate merchandise
- minimize waste and ensure date control
- assist customers according to company policies
- advocate for department quality and service
- adapt to changes and learn from feedback
- complete work assignments timely and accurately
