Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to complete all job-required trainings and assessments within prescribed time
- Commitment to food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Ability to adapt to changing work scenarios
- Physical ability to perform duties including standing for long periods
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in food service preferred
- Food Handler Certification (Food Safety) preferred
- Ability to follow recipes and food safety standards
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and team collaboration
- Comfortable using digital tools and technology
Job Duties
- Ensuring high-quality products are available in prepared foods area
- Ensuring shelves are clean, maintaining temperature control, verifying expiration dates, disposing of lesser-quality food products
- Preparing and serving ready-to-eat food
- Maintaining the sales floor by handling claims and returns, zoning the area, arranging merchandise, identifying shrink and damages
- Maintaining a clean, sanitized, and member-ready area
- Collaborating with cross functional teams and educating associates on tools and resources
- Utilizing handheld technology to make business decisions related to production and quality
