Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Ability to complete all job-required training and assessments
  • Food service experience preferred
  • Food handler certification preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours
  • Commitment to maintaining a drug-free workplace
  • Adherence to company policies and procedures

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in food preparation, preferably in fresh foods
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Ability to operate and maintain food preparation equipment
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Familiarity with digital tools and technology used in food service
  • Customer service experience

Job Duties

  • Ensure high-quality products are available in the prepared foods area
  • Maintain clean shelves, control temperatures, verify expiration dates, and dispose of lesser-quality food
  • Prepare and serve ready-to-eat food
  • Handle claims and returns, zone the sales floor, organize merchandise, identify shrink and damages
  • Maintain a clean, sanitized, and member-ready area
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and educate associates
  • Operate, maintain, and sanitize equipment according to food safety standards
  • Utilize digital tools to manage production, training, and product quality
  • Stock and rotate merchandise
  • Assist customers following company policies
