Job Duties
- Ensure high-quality products are available in the prepared foods area
- ensure shelves are clean and maintain temperature control
- verify expiration dates and dispose of lesser-quality food products
- prepare and serve ready-to-eat food
- maintain the sales floor according to company policies by handling claims and returns, zoning the area, arranging and organizing merchandise, and identifying shrink and damages
- maintain a clean, sanitized, and member-ready area
- collaborate with cross-functional teams and educate associates on tools, tasks, and resources
- prepare food according to item specifications and production plans
- adhere to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, and cold chain compliance
- operate, maintain, and sanitize equipment
- leverage digital tools for sales and efficiency
- stock and rotate merchandise ensuring quality and date control
- provide customer service according to company policies and procedures
- advocate for the department by modeling high-quality service and products
