Job Duties

  • Maintaining high-quality products in the prepared foods area
  • ensuring cleanliness, temperature control, verifying expiration dates, and disposal of lower-quality food
  • preparing and serving ready-to-eat food
  • handling claims and returns, zoning and organizing merchandise, identifying shrink and damages
  • maintaining a clean, sanitized, and member-ready sales floor
  • collaborating with cross-functional teams and educating associates
  • adhering to food safety standards and sanitation guidelines
  • operating and sanitizing equipment
  • leveraging digital tools to improve sales and associate engagement
  • managing inventory, stocking, rotating merchandise, and eliminating waste
  • assisting customers according to company policies and procedures
  • executing high-quality service and product standards
  • complying with company policies, procedures, and ethics
  • completing work assignments and prioritizing tasks effectively
