Job Duties
- Ensure high-quality products are available in the prepared foods area
- Ensure cleanliness of shelves, maintain temperature control, verify expiration dates, and dispose of lesser-quality food
- Prepare and serve ready-to-eat food
- Maintain the sales floor according to company policies by handling claims and returns, zoning the area, organizing merchandise, and identifying shrinkage and damages
- Maintain clean, sanitized, and member-ready areas
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and educate associates
- Use digital tools and handheld technology to enhance sales, training, and product quality
- Stock and rotate merchandise and manage waste
- Provide excellent customer service according to company policies
- Comply with company policies and ethics standards
