Job Duties
- Prepare fresh food items daily by following recipes
- Handle and prepare rotisserie chicken ensuring it is warm and ready for members
- Properly wrap, label, and store merchandise to maintain freshness
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the prepared foods area
- Monitor temperature controls and verify expiration dates
- Dispose of less-than-quality food products following safety guidelines
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting members with orders and inquiries
