Job Duties
- Prepare fresh food daily by following recipes
- Cook and rotate rotisserie chicken ensuring quality
- Properly wrap, label, and store merchandise
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
- Monitor temperature control and verify expiration dates
- Dispose of lower quality food items
- Assist members with bakery and food orders
- Maintain sales floor compliance with company policies
- Use handheld technology to manage production and quality
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Communicate effectively with team members
- Drive area performance and manage inventory
- Provide high level of customer service
- Adapt to changing work scenarios
- Advocate for department quality and member experience
