Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- must successfully complete all job-related trainings and assessments within the prescribed time period
- ability to follow detailed recipes and food preparation instructions
- physical ability to perform tasks including lifting, standing for long periods, and multitasking

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- experience in food service or fresh food preparation
- knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation guidelines
- ability to follow recipes and prepare food according to item specifications
- strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- familiarity with digital tools and technology used in retail food environments
- customer service orientation with a focus on member satisfaction
Job Duties
- Ensuring high-quality products are available in our prepared foods area
- ensuring shelves are clean, maintaining temperature control, verifying expiration dates, and disposing of lesser-quality food products
- preparing and serving ready-to-eat food
- maintaining the sales floor according to company policies and procedures by properly handling claims and returns, zoning the area, arranging and organizing merchandise, and identifying shrink and damages
- maintaining a clean, sanitized, and member-ready area
- collaborating with cross functional teams and helping educate associates on tools, tasks and resources
- complying with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans
