Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to successfully complete all job required trainings and assessments within a prescribed time period
- Capable of multitasking and adapting to changing work scenarios
- Willingness to follow company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity
- Physically able to handle food preparation tasks and maintain sanitation standards
- Available to work flexible hours as needed
Job Qualifications
- Food service experience
- Food handler certification (Food safety) - certification
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to follow recipes and prepare food according to product specifications
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Comfortable using digital tools and technology for business operations
Job Duties
- Ensuring high-quality products are available in the prepared foods area
- Ensuring shelves are clean, maintaining temperature control, verifying expiration dates, and disposing of lesser-quality food products
- Preparing and serving ready-to-eat food
- Maintaining the sales floor according to company policies and procedures by properly handling claims and returns, zoning the area, arranging and organizing merchandise, and identifying shrink and damages
- Maintaining a clean, sanitized, and member-ready area
- Collaborating with cross functional teams and educating other associates on tools, tasks and resources
- Using digital tools and handheld technology to drive sales, improve shopping experience, and enhance associate engagement
