Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- ability to complete all required training and assessments within prescribed time period
- willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- physical ability to perform tasks including standing for long periods and lifting moderate weights
- compliance with company policies and procedures
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in food preparation or service preferred
- knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation guidelines
- ability to follow detailed recipes and instructions
- effective communication skills
- adaptability to changing work scenarios
Job Duties
- Ensuring high-quality products are available in prepared foods area
- maintaining clean shelves and temperature controls
- verifying expiration dates and disposing of lesser-quality food products
- preparing and serving ready-to-eat food
- maintaining sales floor per company policies by handling claims and returns, zoning and organizing merchandise, and identifying shrink and damages
- maintaining clean, sanitized, and member-ready area
- using digital tools to drive sales and improve shopping experience
