Job Duties
- Prepare fresh food items daily according to recipes
- Properly wrap, label, and store merchandise to maintain freshness
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of prepared foods area
- Monitor shelf temperature control and verify expiration dates
- Dispose of substandard food products
- Assist members with bakery orders and food-related questions
- Utilize digital tools for production management and quality control
