Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- Experience with fresh food preparation
- Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation guidelines
- Ability to use handheld technology for business decisions
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Adaptability to changing work scenarios
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Food handler certification preferred
- Experience in food service preferred
Job Duties
- Ensure high-quality products are available in the prepared foods area
- Ensure shelves are clean, maintain temperature control, verify expiration dates, and dispose of lesser-quality food products
- Prepare and serve ready-to-eat food
- Maintain the sales floor according to company policies by handling claims and returns, zoning the area, arranging and organizing merchandise, and identifying shrink and damages
- Maintain a clean, sanitized, and member-ready area
- Use digital tools to drive sales and improve the shopping experience
- Assist customers according to company policies and procedures
