Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience in food service or fresh food preparation preferred
- Food Handler Certification (Food Safety) preferred
- Ability to prepare food according to item specifications
- Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation guidelines
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Proficiency with handheld technology and digital tools
Job Duties
- Prepare fresh food items daily by following recipes
- Prepare and serve ready-to-eat food
- Properly wrap, label, and store merchandise to ensure freshness
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the work area
- Ensure shelves are clean and food products are within expiration dates
- Manage temperature control and dispose of lesser-quality food products
- Assist members with bakery and prepared food orders
