Job Requirements
- ability to stand for long lengths of time, walk, bend, stoop, squat, kneel, reach and climb stairs or ladders throughout the work day
- ability to clearly and effectively communicate with customers and co-workers
Job Qualifications
- familiarity with natural foods, vegan and vegetarian cuisine as well as organic vs commercial growing practices
- available to work weekends, holidays, mornings and nights
- regular, predicable attendance
- projects an outgoing, friendly personality
- ability to read and comprehend instructions
Job Duties
- follow food recipes as written
- ensure prepared foods meet recipe standards of quality, consistency, look and taste
- pack-out, label and stock product to standard
- ensure all food stations are clean, stocked, full fresh and delicious at all times
- participate in periodic department inventories
- package, weigh, and price product
