Job Requirements
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds
- ability to stand and walk 6-8 hours in an 8-hour work day
- hand use including single grasping, fine manipulation, pushing, and pulling
- capability to bend, twist, squat, and reach
- exposure to FDA approved cleaning chemicals
- ability to work in temperatures up to 90 degrees Fahrenheit
- ability to work in wet and dry conditions
- flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- ability to use tools and equipment including knives, box cutters, electric pallet jacks, and other heavy machinery
- may require use of ladders

Job Duties
- Cuts, prepares, and serves a variety of hot and cold foods including meats, cheeses, sandwiches, burritos, wraps, salads, and pizzas
- samples products to customers
- stocks hot and cold cases and displays with prepared foods
- checks in-stock product dates and rotates products to ensure freshness
- bails and consolidates recyclables
- assists team leader in organizing and displaying volume and seasonal items
- completes spoilage, sampling, temperature, and sweep worksheets as required
- assists with periodic inventory checks
- arrives to work station on time, appropriately groomed and dressed
- provides excellent customer service and addresses needs politely and promptly
- maximizes sales potential through proper preparation, storing, rotating, stocking, and merchandising
- follows health and sanitation procedures and safe work practices
- maintains clean and sanitary working and shopping environment
- performs opening, mid, and closing duties as assigned
- immediately reports safety hazards and violations
