Job Requirements
- No prior retail experience required
- must be able to lift 50 pounds
- able to stand and walk 6-8 hours during an 8-hour shift
- ability to perform hand movements such as single grasping, fine manipulation, pushing, and pulling
- able to bend, twist, squat, and reach
- exposure to FDA approved cleaning chemicals
- ability to work in temperatures up to 90 degrees Fahrenheit
- ability to work in wet and dry conditions
- flexible schedule availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- capable of using tools and equipment such as knives, box cutters, electric pallet jacks, and other heavy machinery
- may require use of ladders

Job Duties
- Weight, price, and package customer orders
- understand venue menus, including specials and menu changes
- follow cash handling procedures specific to service venues
- monitor product quality and freshness and ensure proper product rotation
- complete product spoilage and transfer records as required
- arrive at work station on time and work all scheduled shifts
- provide excellent customer service and address customer needs in a timely manner
- maximize sales through proper prepping, storing, rotating, stocking, and merchandising
- comply with procedures including weights and measures, health and sanitation, and safe work practices
- maintain a clean and sanitary working and shopping environment
- perform opening, mid, and closing duties
- ensure accuracy of signs and pricing
- immediately report safety hazards and violations
- perform other duties as assigned by leadership
