Job Requirements
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds
- Ability to stand or walk for 6-8 hours during an 8-hour workday
- Must have physical capacity for bending, twisting, squatting, and reaching
- Ability to work in wet and dry conditions
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to use kitchen tools and equipment safely including knives and electric pallet jacks
- Exposure to FDA-approved cleaning chemicals
- Must comply with all health and safety regulations
- Ability to follow directions and procedures

- No prior retail experience required
- Effective time management skills

Job Duties
- Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and small wares
- Maintain cleanliness of floors, mats, drains, walls, and shelves in the kitchen area
- Assist with kitchen deliveries including proper storage, organization, and rotation of products
- Arrive to workstation on time, appropriately groomed and dressed
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer needs effectively
- Follow all health and safety regulations including food safety
- Perform opening, mid, and closing duties as assigned
- Report safety hazards and violations immediately
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
