Job Requirements
- must be able to lift 50 pounds
- standing and walking 6-8 hours in an 8-hour work day
- hand use including single grasping, fine manipulation, pushing and pulling
- ability to perform bending, twisting, squatting and reaching motions
- exposure to FDA approved cleaning chemicals
- exposure to temperatures below freezing, refrigerated and warm conditions
- ability to work in wet and dry conditions
- ability to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- ability to use tools and equipment including knives, box cutters, electric pallet jacks, and heavy machinery

Job Duties
- washes, rinses, and sanitizes dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and small wares
- maintains cleanliness of floors, mats, drains, walls, and shelves in the kitchen area
- assists with kitchen deliveries including proper storage, organization, and rotation of products
- arrives to work station on time, appropriately groomed, dressed and ready to work
- provides excellent customer service and addresses needs of customers in a timely and effective manner
- maximizes sales potential through effective procedures for prepping, storing, rotating, stocking, and merchandising product
- follows and complies with established procedures including health and sanitation and safe work practices
- maintains a clean and sanitary working and shopping environment
- performs opening, mid, and closing duties as assigned
- immediately reports safety hazards and violations
- performs other duties as assigned by leadership
