Job Requirements
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds
- standing or walking for 6-8 hours in an 8-hour work day
- ability to perform hand use motions such as grasping, fine manipulation, pushing, and pulling
- ability to perform motions like bending, twisting, squatting, and reaching
- exposure to FDA approved cleaning chemicals
- ability to work in varying temperatures and wet or dry conditions
- availability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- ability to use tools and equipment including knives, box cutters, and electric pallet jacks
- may require use of ladders

Job Duties
- Washes, rinses, and sanitizes dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and small wares
- maintains cleanliness of floors, mats, drains, walls, and shelves in the kitchen area
- assists with kitchen deliveries including proper storage, organization, and rotation of products
- arrives to work station on time, appropriately groomed, dressed and ready to work
- provides excellent customer service and addresses needs of customers in a timely manner
- maximizes sales potential through proper prepping, storing, rotating, stocking, and merchandising product
- ensures compliance with health and sanitation regulations and safe work practices
