Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Provide exceptional customer service and address needs of customers in a timely and effective manner
  • perform all duties related to food preparation and production
  • execute recipe production and specific venue product flow
  • ensure all prepared items are labeled, dated, initialed, covered, and rotated
  • document waste and spoilage using appropriate forms and meet spoilage targets
  • ensure production is done using correct measuring devices and recipes are followed
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of walk-ins and freezers
  • be cross-trained and work in multiple store areas including cashiering
  • ensure shelves and displays are stocked, front-facing, rotated and remove out-of-date products
  • maintain and support proper Electronic Shelf Label signage
  • stay informed about new products and their placement
  • uphold highest retail standards
  • follow all 365 Standard Operating Procedures
  • help with department set up and closing
  • participate in fiscal period and quarter-end inventories
  • communicate pertinent information to leadership
  • establish and maintain collaborative relationships with store leadership, team members, customers, and vendors
  • stay informed on company and store level information

  • maintain awareness of competitors and industry trends
  • complete all trainings and increase product knowledge
