- Successful completion of all job required trainings and assessments within prescribed time

Job Duties
- Supervises the prepared foods team by facilitating rotations and managing member needs to meet business goals
- Maintains knowledge of floor and backroom operations ensuring quality, inventory, production, sanitation, equipment usage, safety, and compliance
- Manages seasonality affecting production and prioritizes time between different food areas
- Collaborates with associates and external partners to supply necessary resources, shares knowledge, and trains the team
- Uses digital tools and handheld technology to plan sales, improve shopping experience and make business decisions
- Drives business results through operational excellence, staffing, compliance audits, merchandise displays, and collaboration with other departments
- Leads talent development including training, career growth, sourcing new talent, and implementing processes to meet business objectives
