- Six months experience in a fresh production department or six months experience supervising a team
- Successfully complete all job required trainings and assessments within prescribed time period
- Food handler certification preferred
- Willingness to comply with company drug-free workplace policy

Job Duties
- Supervises the team within all prepared foods departments including café, rotisserie, and prepared foods
- Facilitates rotations through different fresh areas and manages member needs
- Communicates department goals and executes company programs
- Maintains knowledge of floor and backroom operations, ensuring quality, inventory, sanitation, equipment usage, safety and compliance
- Manages seasonality, prioritizing production and collaborating with associates and third parties
- Leverages digital tools for sales planning, shopping experience improvement, and associate engagement
- Drives business results through operational excellence, staffing management, and compliance adherence
- Teaches, trains, and develops team members, encouraging career growth and sourcing new talent
- Promotes compliance with policies, ethics, and company standards
- Builds strong team relationships and motivates others
- Acts with integrity and supports sustainability goals
- Delivers customer-focused results and balances priorities
