Job Requirements

  • Six months experience in a fresh production department or six months experience supervising a team
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Successful completion of all job required trainings and assessments
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to adhere to company policies including drug-free workplace regulations

  • Knowledge of food safety standards and certifications preferred

Job Duties

  • Supervise team within all prepared foods departments including café and rotisserie
  • Facilitate rotations through different fresh areas to meet member needs
  • Execute company programs and adhere to policies
  • Maintain quality, inventory, sanitation, safety, and compliance standards
  • Manage seasonality and prioritize production in various fresh areas
  • Collaborate with associates, third parties, and team members for resource allocation and training
  • Drive sales and business results, maintain staffing levels and operational excellence
  • Engage with departments and vendors to ensure operational continuity
  • Identify and develop team talent, provide training and career growth opportunities
  • Promote and uphold company policies, ethics, and values
  • Support continuous improvement and adaptation to new technologies and processes
  • Foster a culture of respect, integrity, and customer service
