Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Six months experience in a fresh production department or six months experience supervising a team
  • Completion of all job required trainings and assessments within prescribed time
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams

Job Duties

  • Supervise the team within all prepared foods departments, facilitate rotations through fresh areas, manage member needs to meet business plans, communicate department goals, execute company programs, adhere to policies and advocate for member, associate and company
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of business and backroom operations, ensure compliance with quality, inventory, sanitation, equipment usage and safety standards
  • Manage seasonal production by understanding new products, recipes and specifications, prioritize tasks between areas
  • Collaborate with associates and third parties to ensure resources for effective job performance, share knowledge and train the team
  • Use digital tools and hand-held technology to drive sales, improve shopping experience and associate engagement, make business decisions related to production and product quality
  • Drive business results by planning for profitability, maintaining a clean and safe work area, ensuring appropriate staffing and compliance standards, produce and display merchandise, engage with other departments and vendors
  • Teach and train team, identify training needs, encourage career growth and talent sourcing, develop and implement processes to meet business needs
  • Promote compliance with company policies and ethics, assist management with addressing issues, lead and participate in teams to meet customer needs and business priorities
  • Foster a culture of respect and belonging, build strong relationships, communicate effectively, mentor others, recognize contributions
  • Act with integrity by upholding ethics, supporting a regenerative company goal and accountability
  • Deliver results with a customer-first mindset, make informed decisions balancing priorities, drive continuous improvement and support change.
