- Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities
Job Duties
- Supervise team within all prepared foods departments facilitating rotations and managing members needs to deliver on business plan
- Communicate department goals execute company programs adhere to policies and advocate for members associates and company
- Maintain knowledge of floor and backroom operations ensuring quality inventory production sanitation equipment safety and compliance
- Manage seasonality production new products recipes processes and prioritize time between areas
- Collaborate with associates and third parties providing resources training and sharing knowledge
- Use digital tools to drive sales improve shopping experience and associate engagement
- Drive business results plan for profitability maintain safe clean work area ensure staffing and compliance
- Teach train and develop team provide skills encourage growth source new talent
