Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- experience with fresh food preparation
- knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation guidelines
- ability to operate and maintain food preparation equipment
- effective communication skills
- adaptability to changing work environments
- basic computer literacy for using digital tools
Job Duties
- prepares food according to item specifications
- ensures shelves are clean and maintains temperature control
- verifies expiration dates and disposes of lesser-quality products
- maintains sales floor by handling claims and returns, zoning, arranging merchandise and identifying shrink or damages
- maintains a clean and sanitized member-ready area
- utilizes digital tools for production, training and quality decisions
- stocks and rotates merchandise while ensuring quality and date control standards
