Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to successfully complete all required training and assessments within prescribed time
- Capable of standing for extended periods and performing physical tasks
- Commitment to maintaining a drug-free workplace
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Food handler certification preferred but not mandatory

Job Duties
- Prepare fresh food items according to recipes and specifications
- Wrap, label, and store merchandise properly to ensure freshness
- Maintain clean and sanitized work areas to comply with food safety standards
- Assist members with bakery orders and provide excellent customer service
- Monitor expiration dates and dispose of lesser-quality food products
- Use digital tools to manage production, inventory, and quality control
- Collaborate with team members to maintain high standards in the prepared food area
