Job Duties
- Prepare fresh food items according to recipes and specifications
- wrap, label, and store merchandise to maintain freshness
- monitor shelf cleanliness, temperature control, and expiration dates
- dispose of lesser-quality food products
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the prepared foods area
- assist members with bakery orders and customer inquiries
- operate and sanitize equipment as needed
