Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to follow recipes and food preparation guidelines
- Capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to adapt to changing work scenarios
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle food products
- Completion of all required job training and assessments
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in food preparation or service preferred
- Food handler certification preferred
- Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation guidelines
- Ability to operate and maintain kitchen equipment
- Experience with inventory management and product rotation
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Job Duties
- Prepare fresh food items daily following recipes
- Prepare and serve ready-to-eat food including rotisserie chicken
- Wrap, label, and store merchandise properly for freshness
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the prepared foods area
- Ensure shelves are organized and food temperature controlled
- Verify expiration dates and dispose of lesser-quality products
- Assist members with bakery orders and provide excellent customer service
