Job Duties
- Prepare food according to item specifications
- ensure high-quality products are available in the prepared foods area
- maintain shelves cleanliness and temperature control
- verify expiration dates and dispose of lesser-quality products
- wrap, label, and store prepared food items properly
- maintain a clean, sanitized, and member-ready area
- assist members with bakery orders
- manage inventory and stock rotation
- utilize digital tools for production and quality decisions
- comply with food safety and sanitation standards
- communicate effectively with team and members
- handle claims and returns
- maintain the sales floor standards
- guide peers and provide excellent customer service
- adapt to changing work scenarios and tasks
