- current student or high school diploma/GED preferred

Job Duties
- Maintain a fast speed of service
- resolve questions and concerns of guests
- follow all safety and security procedures
- follow the steps outlined in the DHC Training Program to learn new skills, duties, and responsibilities
- communicate to immediate supervisor when additional training is needed
- understand how each job responsibility impacts guests and operations
- greet guests, record orders, and serve food and beverages with a positive attitude
- work together with co-workers to prepare menu items following cooking instructions
- use kitchen machinery and equipment such as fryers and warmers
- ensure restaurant cleanliness including clearing tables, sweeping and mopping floors, sanitizing kitchen utensils and restrooms
- handle guests' concerns professionally
- maintain neat appearance by wearing uniform
- be performance-oriented and aware of expectations
- abide by restaurant management’s rules and directions
