Job Requirements
- Be at assigned workstation in full uniform at prescribed time
- Have knowledge of operating and safety procedures of mixer, sheeter and dicer
- Complete prep list and dough production chart using POS system
- Prioritize day's work to maintain store operations
- Mix dough according to recipe standards
- Sheet, wrap, date and store crusts
- Comply with sanitation and safety standards
- Properly store and rotate products
- Use time efficiently
- Perform supervisor directed duties
- Perform counter or cashier duties when needed
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
- Six months kitchen experience preferred but not necessary
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
- Ability to operate kitchen equipment such as mixers, sheeters and dicers
- Attention to detail in food preparation
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
Job Duties
- Be at assigned workstation in full uniform at prescribed time
- Have complete operating and safety knowledge of mixer, sheeter and dicer
- Complete the prep list and dough production chart using the POS system
- Prioritize day's work to ensure critical tasks affecting store operation are completed first
- Mix dough to recipe and dough balls to standard
- Sheet, wrap, date, and store crusts to Papa Murphy's standards
- Comply with all sanitation procedures and safety standards
- Receive and check-in all orders delivered to the store following proper order and receiving procedures
- Properly store and rotate all products before and after prepping to ensure quality
- Use time efficiently to complete tasks according to performance standards
- Perform any other job-related duties as directed by immediate supervisor
- May also perform duties of a Counter or Cashier Team member
