Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in food preparation or cold station cooking preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
  • Ability to follow instructions and work under pressure

Job Duties

  • Prepare cook and assemble all cold food items including salads cold appetizers hot and cold desserts
  • Prep and prepare all food items offered in the restaurant
  • Stock the alley and line with items needed to complete orders on time
  • Ensure proper food safety and sanitation standards are upheld
  • Maintain clean sanitized and safe restaurant environment
  • Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to ensure timely order completion
  • Follow health and safety protocols for team member wellness
