Job Duties

  • Prepare and organize fresh ingredients for daily kitchen operations

  • manage inventory and coordinate supply ordering
  • train and lead prep staff to maintain food quality and consistency
  • collaborate with kitchen team to improve efficiency and service
  • uphold food safety regulations
  • monitor kitchen workflow and adjust as needed
