Job Requirements

  • At least 18 years old
  • must be able to lift 50 lbs while twisting reaching and bending
  • must have experienced knife skills as a chef prep cook or sous chef
  • ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced team-oriented environment
  • attention to detail and dedication to high culinary standards
  • flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and early mornings

Job Duties

  • Cut multiple cases of raw chicken into nuggets according to size specifications
  • batter fry and temp check nuggets to ensure perfect cook
  • clean and filter fryers daily monitor and refill oil as needed
  • report maintenance issues to managers
  • cook quantity of nuggets designated on the prep sheet
  • clean the kitchen line before service starts
  • communicate effectively and collaborate with team to ensure smooth shifts
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen following sanitation standards and safety regulations
  • perform other tasks as assigned by the manager
