Job Duties

  • Prepare ingredients and ensure mise en place for all kitchen stations including Tandoor, Hot Line, and Pantry/Cold Station
  • Collaborate with Executive Chef and kitchen staff to create and execute wellness-focused dishes
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations in compliance with health and safety standards
  • Follow recipes and cooking techniques to ensure consistent quality and presentation
  • Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
  • Adapt to various shift schedules including weekends and holidays
  • Support team-oriented environment by communicating effectively and contributing to efficient kitchen operations
