Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment preferred but not required
  • Active ServSafe Food Safety Certificate
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including nights and weekends
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a team-oriented environment
  • Commitment to maintaining hygiene and safety standards
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks

Job Duties

  • Grill burgers and other menu items with high attention to quality and consistency
  • Cross-train in various kitchen stations including dishwashing and prep work
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen area
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient kitchen operations
  • Deliver excellent guest service by preparing food that meets company standards
  • Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines including ServSafe protocols
  • Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment
