Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous prep cook or kitchen experience preferred
  • Basic knowledge of kitchen safety and sanitation
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to follow directions
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods

Job Qualifications

  • Previous prep cook or kitchen experience preferred

  • Understanding of kitchen safety and sanitation
  • Ability to take direction and work efficiently in fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Prepare ingredients for cooking including washing, chopping, and measuring
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen workstations
  • Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Assist chefs and cooks in timely food preparation and setup
  • Monitor inventory and report shortages
  • Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
  • Support kitchen staff with various tasks to ensure smooth service
