Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous prep cook or kitchen experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of kitchen safety and sanitation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to follow directions
- Flexibility to work various shifts including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods

Job Duties
- Prepare ingredients for cooking including washing, chopping, and measuring
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen workstations
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Assist chefs and cooks in timely food preparation and setup
- Monitor inventory and report shortages
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Support kitchen staff with various tasks to ensure smooth service
