Job Duties
- Prepare ingredients for assigned stations according to recipe specifications
- maintain a clean and sanitized prep area before, during, and after use
- monitor inventory levels and communicate needs to the Sous Chef
- follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
- support the entire kitchen team with tasks across prep, dishwashing, and the line
- perform other duties as assigned by the Manager
